We have leadership roles in operations, human resources, marketing, finance, sustainability, and more. All Meantime baristas balance being full-time UNC students on top of their work.

Noreen Mansoor is a Senior from Charlotte, NC, majoring in economics. Noreen joined the Meantime as a freshman as an Operations Assistant. She now leads the company. Her favorite drink at the Meantime is a matcha with oat milk.

Hannah Hankins and Jack Wilson are Seniors from and Charlotte and Cary, NC studying Communications and Media & Journalism, respectively. John Swinea is a Junior from Chapel Hill, NC, studying Business and Sustainability. He has worked at the Meantime since Fall 2023.
